Wed 10 April: Recruiting and Onboarding New Staff

If you've had anything to do with recruiting your own team members, you'll know the extent of the cost of recruiting the wrong person.  The ‘indirect’ costs can be exponential:  your time in the recruitment process, your time inducting your new starter, the negative impacts on morale associated with having a new hire on board who either isn’t performing or doesn’t last the distance.  

By 2020, millennials will form 50% of the global workforce. This group of workers are more pro-active in job-hunting than the generation before them, so once you hire them, how do you keep them?

This session will cover:

VENUE: GETBA office - Level 1, 1 Sir William Avenue, East Tamaki (on-street parking available) 

TIMING: Starts at 7.30am, finishes by 9am

GETBA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other exceptional circumstances. In such circumstances, all participants will be offered a full refund. If an event is postponed, GETBA reserves the right to either transfer registration to a new event or issue a full refund.
